It starts with a thorough wrap

All our shipped products undergo a comprehensive inspection before they even enter packaging.Objects Matter takes product delivery very seriously, as we want to ensure that our products arrive at your doorstep in the condition you expect them to.

Softer and less fragile items will be cushioned in bubble wrap or high-density foam, and sealed in cardboard boxes.

Harder and more fragile items will be cushioned in thicker and more robust layers of protection, and may require the added protection of commercial-grade wood crating, customised to your order by our logistics experts. Do note that this may mean that you will need to use tools like a flathead screwdriver, a hammer or a saw to remove the crating.

Do note that while we would desire for packaging to arrive in perfect condition, it is not meant to do so. The layers of packaging our team goes to great efforts to apply to your order are meant to as far as possible sustain and absorb impacts which may occur from the standard procedures of shipping and logistics.

And then into safe hands

The standard delivery process starts with dispatch of your item from one of our storage facilities and continues on to a consolidation centre before it boards a ship. Objects Matter deals with a large quantity of shipments to many different countries on a daily basis, giving us the unique ability to centralise our shipping, making it as cost-effective, secure and organised as it can possibly be for you, our customers.

Ready stock

Where stock of the item(s) you ordered is available in our warehouses, we aim to dispatch within 5 business days (excludes public holidays) from the date we receive the order.

Standard delivery time is 7 weeks from the order date, but this may be affected by your local customs processing, acts of God, technical difficulties, and any unforseen circusmtances outside of our control.

Made to order

Some items on our website may not be readily in stock when you place an order. Orders for these items are sent immediately to our artisan manufacturers, who are on standby to craft your object(s). While we do not rush production, rest assured we do not unnecessarily delay work for our clients. If you are happy with this, you may proceed with your order and expect it to receive it within 7-8 weeks from the order date. This is an estimate and may be affected by your local customs processing, acts of God, technical difficulties, and any unforseen circusmtances outside of our control.

80-Day Delivery Guarantee Policy

Our customers are number 1 and we strive to treat you as such. However, on the very very rare occasion that delivery time is a little longer than reasonable, we believe you deserve a gesture of goodwill. For orders that arrive 80 working days or more after the order date, we are happy to offer you a discount code for 10% off your next order. You must make a claim for this within 3 days of the arrival of the item at the address provided.
